This stone-built barn conversion is situated adjacent to the owners home on the edge of Dobwalls village, just three miles from Liskeard. Well decorated and furnished throughout, the cottage provides cosy, comfortable accommodation for a couple. With its lovely double bedroom, warm and welcoming living area with modern kitchen, sitting room and dining area, the property is a wonderful romantic hideaway. Visitors can also enjoy the small garden with its fantastic views across the fields to the valley beyond.

- This cycle and walking trail runs to and from Padstow and Bodmin via Wadebridge and the nearest part of the trail is approximately 9.9 miles from this property. the trail is just over 17 Miles long from sea level at Padstow initially following the Camel Estury rising to 59 metres (194 feet) by the time it reaches Bodmin. The trail is well maintained suitable for disabled persons which for the majority follows the route of two disused railway track so the gradient is not noticable. There are cycle hire shops at all 3 main locations with a range and design to suit everyone.
