Penlan House is a , double-fronted Georgian townhouse, close to Barmouth town centre and can sleep ten people. Set over three floors there are five bedrooms (three with TV); a family room (1 king-size bed and 1 single bed) with en-suite shower room, a king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second floor king-size double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, a second floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a walk-in wardrobe and a second floor double bedroom. There is also a second floor bathroom, a ground floor split-level basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a woodburning stove, a first floor split-level utility and a sitting room. Outside, the beach is just around the corner making this spacious property, ideal for a family holiday.
