This wonderfully spacious property for two is situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Betws-y-Coed with all its amenities. Originally the village Smithy, the lounge is flooded with light from the large windows which also provide a great view out over the Conwy Valley. This quiet location provides a fantastic place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the village. There are walks from the door up into the Gwydir Forest and around Llyn Elsi lake, or a riverside walk past the golf course and the 14th century St Michael’s Church. There are plenty of places for eating out just a short stroll away, indulge in some local culture by hearing a Welsh choir sing in St Mary’s Church, or if you need a shot of adrenaline, try the Tree Top Adventure high ropes course – or visit Surf Snowdonia, the worlds first inland surfing lake.
This property is at an elevation of approximately 103 feet / 31.3 metres above sea level
