Herbrand House is a cosy welcoming annexe to the owners home, with direct access to the shingle beach in Cooden Beach near Bexhill-on-Sea. The cottage is single storey, with a family room with king-size double bed and a single bed, and an adjacent shower room. The living area is open plan, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a patio with furniture as well as use of a designated area of the owners garden, including steps down to the shingle beach. Herbrand House offers easy access to walking, the coast, train trips to London, or touring throughout Sussex and Kent.

Near Bexhil - a sandy and shingle composition 0.3 miles away. A long shingle headed beach with groynes transitioning to sand at low tide located west of Bexhill. A relatively quiet beach of the radar, good for walks.

Near Bexhil - a shingle composition 1.4 miles away. Located west of Bexhill, effectively a continuation of other nearby beaches, Normans Bay Beach is a shingle beach, with sand at low tide though very few groynes at the beach head giving un-interrupted views
