Windermere in the centre of the Lake District offers great countryside and walking to suit all abilities.
A good area for walking with golf nearby, the cottage is to be found up a narrow lane with beautiful views of the Lyth Valley. There are many attractions in the area including historic houses, museums, galleries, gardens and parks, as well as watersport opportunities and great shopping, bars and restaurants.
