A small semi-detached cottage at Betws-y-Coed with lovely views of meadow and river from the rear garden. Two bedrooms (double and single + pull-out single), bath/shower room and sitting/dining room. The small kitchen includes a d/washer and the heated utility has a w/machine, dryer, freezer and drying/storage space. TV, DVD, CD/radio and gas c/heating. Large garden with decked patio and garden furniture. Except June-Sept, park directly outside; otherwise lay-by 100 yds or public car park. This village in Snowdonia National Park boasts a range of shops, restaurants, pubs & cafes, a main line station and railway museum with children?s attractions. Walk along the river to Swallow Falls (2 miles); golf, fishing, walking, mountain biking, Bodnant Gardens 10 miles, Llandudno 17 miles. Towels provided.
