Tan y Bryn is a delightful, detached stone cottage, set in the grounds of the owners home, ideally located in the heart of the picturesque, conservation village of Gwaenysgor and can sleep two people. There is a mezzanine super king-size double bedroom (can be a twin on request), a ground floor shower room, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and a shared, external utility room on request a few feet from the cottage door. Outside there is off road parking for one car on the shared driveway, bike and kayak storage and a private, rear, fenced garden area with a decked patio with furniture and a barbecue. There is also access to the owners’ field/meadow, with a bench and uninterrupted views of Snowdonia, adjoining the property for walks and picnics. Tan y Bryn is a wonderful holiday base.
