With superb views overlooking the Kent Estuary, this attractive first floor holiday apartment with its own terraced garden is set beside the coastal road and has large bay windows from which you can spend hours watching the ever changing tidal flow, the many varieties of birds and the Cumbrian hills on the opposite shore.

The views from the property present excellent opportunities to photograph some spectacular sunsets. The area has many local walks to suit all abilities, while a short drive will take you to either the West Cumbrian Coast, the Yorkshire Dales or the heart of the Lake District. Attractions in the immediate area include Levens Hall, with its world famous topiary gardens and Sizebgh Castle.

Near Grange-over-Sands - a sandy and muddy composition 4.7 miles away. Not so mush a beach but a salt marsh that comes right up to the sea wall with a promenade on top so in effect its good for walking and taking in the views of Morecambe Bay,
