Set in lovely countryside, one mile from the small market town of Broughton-in-Furness, it is a superb base to explore the lakes and fells of south western Lakeland. The Wild Animal Park at Dalton is a short drive away, with Sumatran tigers and many interesting activities for an excellent family day out. Walking in the stunning scenery is a must. Shop, restaurant, pub 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with beams and patio doors. Kitchen with tiled floor. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: Galleried area with 1 double (6ft) bed. 1 bunk bedroom.

Elec heaters and elec inc (?30pw,?20 per short break Oct-Apr). Bed linen and towels inc. T/cot. Freeview TV. DVD and small library. CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. Freezer. Large courtyard and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.
